Chris Brown is holed up inside his $4million southern California mansion amid an ongoing stand-off with police after a beauty queen called 911 claiming that he pointed a gun at her.
A 911 call was placed at around 3am on Tuesday from former Miss California Regional 2016 Baylee Curran who claimed a raging Brown had pointed a gun at her during an argument.
Curran appeared on 'TMZ Live' and claimed that she had partied with the Loyal hit-maker in the past and was at his lavish home early Tuesday with a friend.
She said that her friend and she spent time in his hot tub and walked back into his home where one of his friend's was showing off a piece of jewelry.
Curran claims that when she began to admire it, the guys went 'nuts' and then Brown demanded that she 'get the f*** out' while allegedly pointing a gun at her.
Curran, alleges that Brown appeared to be 'on drugs or alcohol.'
She claims that when she tried to leave the property, Brown's people would not let her take her phone with her unless she signed a non-disclosure agreement.
But Curran refused to sign it and left the house with her friend and they called 911.
Officers are awaiting a search warrant to enter the property in the Tarzana area outside Los Angeles, after Brown and his entourage failed to respond to repeated requests to open the door.
A spokesman for the LAPD confirmed to DailyMail.com that police were first summoned by a woman requesting assistance.
The Grammy-winning singer has gone online to post a series of Instagram videos ranting about police harassment.
